Velvet Rose was born from a simple observation: beautiful, well-fitting lingerie was hard to find in Uganda, and when found, it was often overpriced or didn't cater to the diversity of African body shapes.

Founded in 2020 in Kampala, we set out to change that. We source and curate premium lingerie from around the world and bring it directly to Ugandan women at fair prices, with the kind of personal service you'd expect from a trusted friend.
